With the Magento Total Care subscription, we perform all updates, security patches, and bug fixes on a monthly basis—at a fixed price per month. By separating maintenance from feature development, the development team can stay focused on new revenue-generating functionality, while we ensure the foundation remains stable and secure.

Before we can start this subscription, we first need a complete overview of the current situation. During the second phase, explore & build, of our process, we conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing situation. Or, if it concerns a new build, we determine the MVP. Based on the audit or MVP, we assess the shop's state as the subscription goes into effect using four pillars.

These four pillars ensure the monthly price is set objectively and fairly. During the subscription, we can also work on improving these four pillars. By simplifying the shop, or bringing it closer to our familiar stack, the subscription price can decrease. We evaluate this annually.

• Medium complexity: €1750 – €3250 / month
• High complexity: €2750 – €7000 / month

Each option includes all updates, bug fixes, and patches with no additional work.
