Before we can start this subscription, we first need a complete overview of the current situation. During the second phase, explore & build, of our process, we conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing situation. Or, if it concerns a new build, we determine the MVP. Based on the audit or MVP, we assess the shop's state as the subscription goes into effect using four pillars.
These four pillars ensure the monthly price is set objectively and fairly. During the subscription, we can also work on improving these four pillars. By simplifying the shop, or bringing it closer to our familiar stack, the subscription price can decrease. We evaluate this annually.
These are the four pillars on which we assess the project's status:
How much code, how many products, customers, and orders does the shop have?
How well is the existing codebase constructed?
How much customization, how many integrations and deviations are present? (the most important pillar)
How well do we know the stack and infrastructure being used?
Feature development falls outside this maintenance subscription. New features, redesigns, or extensions are therefore not limited by the monthly maintenance. This keeps capacity for growth available, without maintenance eating into your priorities.
